New LA acting classes · Jul 6–12, 2026

Four-week staged combat intensive covering conditioning, safe punches, kicks, elbows, knees, head-butts, basic wrestling/street fighting holds, and fight choreography for film, television, and stage.

Audition technique class designed to help actors translate acting skills into auditions, make strong choices, prepare for in-person and self-tape auditions, and practice with real audition material.

Voice workshops focused on voice coaching for film, accents and dialects, finding the natural voice, correcting bad habits, singing focus, breath control, and conscious control of the voice.

Improv for actors with no improv experience needed. Covers basic improv exercises for discovery of character and freedom.

Los Angeles Scene Study 3 applies the actor’s process consistently. This is advanced character study. This is our most advanced Scene Study class for working actors or students who've worked their way up through our studio Scene Study classes. Students usually work every week using material from film, television, and theater.

In our Los Angeles Scene Study 2 class we explore the actor’s process in scenes. This is a more advanced scene study class focusing on character and technique. Preparation is the key to this dynamic class. Students usually work every week on a scene or monologue.

Nine-week in-person Technique program focused on developing the actor’s instrument through concentration, imagination, relaxation, exercises and improvisation. Students start in Technique and then transition into Scene Study.

Bust loose; break through inhibitions; expand emotional range and awareness and the ability to express it in acting work.

Ongoing Film & TV acting class with GSS faculty who are working Film and TV actors with Network Series Regular credits and beyond.
