From physical to psychological shifts you learn how to create characters completely different from yourself and keep them truthful, spontaneous and interesting. While remaining grounded in Meisner's core principles of truthful behavior, emotional responsiveness, and working moment to moment, this innovative training sequence places an emphasis on integrating character work into scripted scenes and monologues.
