About Arlo

Arlo is a free directory of acting classes in Los Angeles. It lists acting schools, studios and coaches across the city, and the classes they run: scene study, Meisner, on-camera, improv, voice-over, audition technique and more.

For each class we show what an actor needs to decide: the next date, the price as the school states it, the level, the neighborhood, and whether you can audit before you enroll. Every listing links straight to the school, and you book with the school, not with Arlo.

Arlo is not affiliated with Arlo Technologies or with ARLnow.

Arlo is built and run by a working Los Angeles actor who got tired of piecing together class schedules from dozens of studio websites, Instagram posts and word of mouth. It is independent: schools cannot pay to change what a listing says, and any paid placement is labeled (see the advertising policy).

We read each school's own public website and enrollment pages, extract the class details, and check them against the source before they go live. Schools can also claim their listing and confirm or correct it themselves. Classes without a current date or a working enrollment path are held back from class search until the evidence is current.
