Scene Study

The Scene Study class is rooted in the Meisner technique, and includes script analysis and interpretation, as well as cold reading and audition technique training. Meisner exercises will be used when needed. Improvisation is used to help actors get a better grasp of material and understanding of the emotional and physical elements that are necessary to bring themselves to life. Students begin with a table read and breakdown of the script. Rehearsals with scene partners will take place outside of class and finished scenes will be put up and I will provide further feedback and analysis. Students are assured of working every week.

$50per weekly class, paid in 4-week increments ($200)
